Develops and executes a comprehensive sustainability program across the health system, setting strategy, implementing initiatives, monitoring outcomes, reducing waste and building inefficiencies, engaging staff, ensuring environmental compliance, and positioning the organization as a leader in pediatric healthcare sustainability.

Lead CHOC Foundation's data intelligence strategy and analytics capabilities to drive fundraising performance. Oversee data governance, BI, reporting, CRM and fundraising systems, predictive modeling, and development operations to enable data-driven fundraising and organizational growth.

Lead strategic planning and operational management for seven CHOC Guild volunteer fundraising groups. Oversee event planning, budgets, sponsorship development, vendor management, communications, volunteer recruitment and engagement, and production of fundraising collateral. Ensure activities align with CHOC Foundation priorities and meet financial goals.
