Provides comprehensive mental health services to pediatric patients and families, including psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, consultation, case management, and discharge planning. The psychologist also participates in quality improvement, research, program development, teaching, and clinical supervision of psychology trainees and unlicensed staff while maintaining ethical, safe, and culturally responsive care.

Coordinates multiple neonatal human-subjects research studies with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include protocol feasibility assessment, IRB submissions, participant identification, informed consent support, data and specimen collection, study documentation, quality assurance audits, materials management, cross-team communication, and records archiving. The role requires clinical research coordination experience, regulatory knowledge, ICH-GCP familiarity, BLS certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.
