Own the full recruiting lifecycle across software, hardware, research, sales, engineering, and operations roles. Source and engage candidates, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Improve recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, interview workflows, documentation, and requisition management while supporting high-volume hiring in a fast-growing startup.

Conduct research on AI-assisted EDA, train and deploy large language models at scale, design and benchmark agentic AI systems, translate research into production features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and publish research where appropriate.

Lead customer-facing deployments of agentic AI for chip design: onboard and integrate ChipAgents, prototype full-stack solutions (backend models to frontend), collaborate on model and infrastructure improvements, create docs and dashboards, and remain hands-on with code, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration to drive adoption and iterate from field feedback.
