Lead clinical systems, analytics, BI and data governance for Behavioral Health and Community Services. Develop multi-year roadmap, oversee EHR and analytics platforms, manage staff and budget, drive reporting, quality, compliance, revenue optimization, AI/automation initiatives, training, vendor performance, and cross-functional alignment to support operational and regulatory goals.

Provide mentorship, case management, and care coordination to justice-involved youth focused on reentry. Build trust, complete intakes and care plans, maintain frequent contact, connect youth to services (education, housing, employment, behavioral health), accompany to appointments, document case notes, and manage a caseload up to ten youth.

Manage a segment of HRIS including Workday configuration, integrations/APIs, reporting, and dashboards. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead system lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, support data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders. Mentor analysts and support HR across functions.
