Leads school-based community programming supporting students, caregivers, and school teams. Develops implementation plans, coordinates multidisciplinary partnerships, oversees interventions and enrichment services, monitors grants, budgets, outcomes, and compliance, analyzes program data, and supports attendance, mental health, and social-emotional initiatives. Builds relationships with school personnel and community agencies while coordinating resources and reporting requirements.

Leads enterprise FP&A strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, multi-year planning, revenue and funding analysis, capital allocation, and performance reporting. Partners with executives, the CFO, Board committees, Accounting, Compliance, HR, Programs, and Contracts to support strategic decisions, regulatory compliance, and organizational sustainability. Manages FP&A leaders and strengthens financial systems, data governance, reporting, financial literacy, and resource allocation across the organization.

Supervises clinical and administrative services delivered by assigned staff, ensuring quality, compliance, timely documentation, and culturally responsive client care. Monitors assessments, care plans, outcomes, and progress notes; provides staff training, guidance, evaluation, and direct services as needed. Maintains client confidentiality and regulatory compliance, supports quality improvement, builds community relationships, and oversees up to 10 employees, including hiring, performance management, and problem resolution.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including correspondence, data entry, filing, mail distribution, reception, scheduling, facilities coordination, and report preparation. Serves as an IT administrative liaison by routing helpdesk requests, providing basic troubleshooting, and coordinating invoice payments with Finance and vendors. Requires accurate data entry, organization, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Supervise and train clinical staff to ensure high-quality, compliant client care and documentation. Monitor service delivery, provide clinical consultation, maintain community relationships, perform direct services as assigned, and oversee up to 10 direct reports.

The Chief Operating Officer leads enterprise operations, compliance, risk management, data and analytics, technology governance, organizational effectiveness, and strategic execution. This executive oversees process improvement, enterprise systems, vendors, cybersecurity oversight, organizational change, performance reporting, and cross-functional integration. The COO advises the CEO and Board, develops high-performing teams, ensures regulatory and audit readiness, and drives scalable, accountable operations across the organization.

Provides front desk reception and administrative support while coordinating facility operations, maintenance requests, vendors, service tracking, inventories, safety monitoring, calendars, and site coverage. Identifies building and safety issues, assists with minor repairs and operational projects, communicates status updates, and supports a welcoming, organized environment. Requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, basic building-systems troubleshooting, computer proficiency, and travel between sites.

Supports HR information systems through configuration, integration monitoring, reporting, dashboard creation, data validation, troubleshooting, testing, deployments, and documentation. The role collaborates with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain data integrity, support system releases and enhancements, assist end users with reporting, and provide technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives. It has no supervisory responsibilities and requires handling confidential employee and patient information.

Lead clinical systems, analytics, BI and data governance for Behavioral Health and Community Services. Develop multi-year roadmap, oversee EHR and analytics platforms, manage staff and budget, drive reporting, quality, compliance, revenue optimization, AI/automation initiatives, training, vendor performance, and cross-functional alignment to support operational and regulatory goals.

Perform complex chart and program reviews to ensure contract compliance and program performance. Prepare for audits with EHRS, analyze documentation and billing codes for DMH contracts, develop tracking systems, provide documentation training, liaise with DMH and internal departments, and lead audit preparation and quality improvement activities while protecting PHI.
