Support accounting advisory engagements by applying coursework to client situations. Assist with planning, fieldwork, quality control, and deliverable preparation across engagements like M&A, restatements, carve-outs, crypto accounting (ASU 2023-08), ASC 842 lease implementation, SEC/IPO readiness, revenue recognition, and finance transformation. Develop client relationships and recommend improvements to accounting processes.

Prepare basic and intermediate individual, federal and multi-state corporate, and basic partnership tax returns; research tax issues; prepare and organize client workpapers; communicate with clients and project leads; travel to client sites and work moderate overtime during peak cycles.

Perform audits of financial statements under supervision across industries: prepare workpapers, audit checklists, adjusting journal entries, and financial statements; communicate with clients and project leads; develop technical accounting skills, contribute to client files, and support other audit-related duties as needed.
