Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support for clinical teams, including payor and license paperwork, claims submissions, data entry and reconciliation between Salesforce and medical records, patient chart maintenance, compliance adherence (HIPAA), event planning, device support, and cross-functional projects to enable on-site behavioral health services.

Build and execute go-to-market strategy to penetrate new markets, develop and manage referral relationships, conduct field meetings 4–5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers, design partner engagement strategies, attend educational and networking events, synthesize market feedback to inform product and marketing, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve GTM goals.

As a Territory Manager for SUD, you will develop strategies, build relationships with referral partners, and drive growth for Charlie Health's substance use disorder program in Los Angeles.
