Develop and execute Orange County growth strategies for Charlie Health’s substance use disorder program. Build relationships with SUD referral partners, conduct frequent in-field outreach, educate stakeholders, identify treatment-access barriers, and gather feedback to improve marketing, operations, and product strategies. Collaborate with clinical, marketing, operations, analytics, and leadership teams while representing the organization at community and industry events.

Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and educational sessions throughout the San Fernando Valley.
