Build and execute go-to-market strategy to penetrate new markets, develop and manage referral relationships, conduct field meetings 4–5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers, design partner engagement strategies, attend educational and networking events, synthesize market feedback to inform product and marketing, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve GTM goals.

Processes authorized requests for protected health information, verifies patient and service details, retrieves and formats medical records, documents disclosures, and maintains confidentiality under state and federal privacy laws. The role manages communications, logs requests, uploads documentation to EMR systems, supports release-of-information guidance and training, and contributes to operational improvement initiatives.

Facilitate Substance Use Disorder groups, collaborate with therapists, and support clients remotely. Engage clients effectively and meet documentation standards.
