Own technical product initiatives end-to-end, including discovery, specifications, prioritization, AI prompt and evaluation design, metrics, backlog management, delivery coordination, and launch readiness. Partner with Legal Strategy, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing to ship software, analyze product performance, and continuously improve outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment.

Owns legal cases from demand-letter readiness through payout administration. Reviews and QA-checks legal materials, coordinates counsel reviews, tracks redlines, manages case milestones and documentation, publishes status updates, oversees claimant outreach workflows, and coordinates payout processes. Requires legal document assessment skills, U.S. law familiarity, strong case or project management experience, proficiency with AI and modern workflow tools, and the ability to manage structured data across many cases.

Own the company’s legal function, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, equity financings, litigation finance, legal-services regulation, privacy compliance, outside counsel management, and company risk. Advise on employment, intellectual property, marketing, AI governance, threatened litigation, and defense correspondence. Requires substantial transactional and corporate experience, litigation familiarity, and a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience.
