Manage the full subcontract lifecycle for complex defense contracts, including requirements definition, solicitation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout. Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, contractual flowdowns, cost and price analysis, CPSR readiness, supplier qualification, risk management, cybersecurity and export-control reviews, audits, scorecards, and corrective actions. Build scalable subcontracting policies, governance processes, and audit-ready purchasing-system documentation while partnering with Procurement, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to scope roles, build talent pipelines, assess candidates, manage agencies, track recruiting metrics, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role requires recruiting expertise in complex technical positions, preferably within defense, aerospace, government, or advanced manufacturing. This is a six-month contract requiring onsite work three to four days weekly in El Segundo, California.

Lead design and development of advanced radar signal-processing algorithms and modes for detection, tracking, and classification. Implement and optimize algorithms for real-time performance in software (C++, Python, MATLAB) and hardware (FPGAs, DSPs). Build simulations, analyze radar data, plan and lead field tests, develop system requirements, mentor junior engineers, and present technical findings. Work onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
