Provides direct individual, group, family, couples, crisis, and telehealth therapy for youth and caregivers. Leads therapeutic groups, case conferences, treatment planning, assessments, referrals, and multidisciplinary coordination. Supports clinical trainees and frontline staff through guidance, training, and consultation. Responds to crisis services, maintains confidential documentation, develops diagnoses and service plans, and ensures timely clinical referrals and client support.

Referees youth soccer games by enforcing rules, promoting safety and sportsmanship, teaching players, supporting coaches, welcoming families, and managing game setup and cleanup. The role includes addressing emergencies, completing incident reports, assisting with coach recruitment and training, attending required meetings, and providing excellent customer service to YMCA members.

Directs a YMCA preschool program, overseeing budgeting, financial controls, staffing, training, safety, compliance, program quality, marketing, fundraising, volunteers, and daily branch operations. The role develops program offerings, evaluates results, manages staff performance, supports emergency response, and ensures adherence to childcare, health, and association standards.
