Provides direct individual, group, family, couples, crisis, and telehealth therapy for youth and caregivers. Leads therapeutic groups, case conferences, treatment planning, assessments, referrals, and multidisciplinary coordination. Responds to crisis services, maintains confidential documentation, develops diagnoses and service plans, and ensures timely clinical referrals and client support.

Referees youth soccer games by enforcing rules, promoting safety and sportsmanship, teaching players, supporting coaches, welcoming families, and managing game setup and cleanup. The role includes addressing emergencies, completing incident reports, assisting with coach recruitment and training, attending required meetings, and providing excellent customer service to YMCA members.

Directs a YMCA preschool program, overseeing budgeting, financial controls, staffing, training, safety, compliance, program quality, marketing, fundraising, volunteers, and daily branch operations. The role develops program offerings, evaluates results, manages staff performance, supports emergency response, and ensures adherence to childcare, health, and association standards.

Serves as the primary contact for new employees, volunteers, and rehires throughout onboarding and clearance. Tracks background checks, training, certifications, documentation, and HRIS records; communicates status to hiring managers; maintains SOPs and onboarding resources; prepares monthly reports; improves onboarding processes; and supports recruiting events and candidate communications during peak periods.
