Assists an Account Executive with mortgage sales and broker account management. Meets with clients to understand lending needs, explains mortgage options and approval requirements, supports application completion and document accuracy, monitors lending trends and regulations, and develops relationships with customers, realtors, developers, and builders to promote residential mortgage services.

Manage wholesale mortgage loan pipelines from processing through clear-to-close, ensuring accuracy, quality standards, SLAs, and deadlines are met. Review loan conditions, communicate approvals and outstanding requirements to brokers and account executives, submit files for final approval, and coordinate closings. The role requires mortgage lending knowledge, underwriting guideline expertise, title and income analysis, TRID familiarity, strong organization, and customer service skills.
