Lead and manage boutique operations including inventory control, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance, and expense management. Coach and develop operational staff, collaborate with Home Office on efficiency initiatives, manage budgets/forecasts, and ensure SOPs, systems, and boutique standards deliver exceptional client experiences.
