Leads athletics storytelling, social media, digital communications, website content, photography, videography, livestreaming, and sports information systems. Supports game-day operations, media days, athletic databases, records, newsletters, school spirit initiatives, and Hall of Fame content. Collaborates with coaches, students, Advancement, Admissions, and Marketing teams to promote student-athletes and athletic programs. The role requires evening, weekend, and school-vacation work during athletic seasons.

Leads the Grades 9–12 Upper School as its chief administrative, instructional, and pastoral leader. Oversees curriculum, faculty recruitment and evaluation, student support, divisional operations, scheduling, communications, budget, and community culture. Partners with schoolwide leaders on admissions, college counseling, inclusion, co-curricular programs, and strategic planning. The Director also teaches one course, represents the division at school events, and supports students’ academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Lead strategic oversight and continuous improvement of non-academic operations for a 45-acre school campus, including campus safety, EHS, mail, food services, logistics, risk management, CUP compliance, vendor and budget management, community relations, and business continuity. Supervise operational staff, coordinate emergency preparedness, and collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with institutional priorities.
