Lead K-12 performing arts program: set strategic vision, supervise faculty and technical staff, manage budgets, facilities, production logistics, and events; teach one course, support curriculum development, mentor faculty, coordinate promotions and parent volunteer liaison, and ensure inclusive, high-quality performing arts experiences across divisions.

Lead on-site operations for two week-long summer sessions, managing daily schedules, student arrival/dismissal, counselor supervision, parent communication, behavior resolution, transportation oversight, and extended day programming. Ensure student safety, serve as primary contact for families and staff, complete onboarding, and perform related administrative duties.

Produce photography, video, and social media content across platforms; develop and execute social strategy and content calendar; shoot and edit video and photos; maintain media library; monitor analytics and report; advise departments on best practices; uphold brand and inclusive representation; manage cross-departmental multimedia projects and vendor/freelance production support.

Support alumni engagement and advancement activities including communications, event preparation, class ambassador and reunion programs, social media content, archival research and digital archiving, and donor stewardship projects for Chadwick School. Assist the Director of Development with administrative and outreach tasks.

Lead and evolve a K-12 Innovation and Entrepreneurship strand, oversee computer science, robotics, and maker spaces; support teachers, manage labs and budgets, champion AI literacy, and teach/co-teach Upper School and 6-12 co-curricular innovation experiences fostering design thinking and hands-on problem solving.

Co-lead Chadwick's K-12 Outdoor Education program: design curriculum, manage logistics and budgets, supervise instructors, oversee risk management, lead overnight field courses, engage families, evaluate program impact, and support staff development.
