Conducts U.S. Customs compliance audits, manages post-entry corrections and bond activities, responds to customs and government inquiries, monitors ABI and compliance data, maintains powers of attorney and records, supports ACH and PMS programs, delivers training, and advises brokerage teams and customers on import regulations and trade compliance.

Paid summer internship supporting sales and account management in the transportation and logistics industry. The intern will build relationships with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams; learn supply chain processes and Navisphere; and develop skills in sales, negotiation, operations management, analytics, and problem-solving while contributing to business growth and customer service.

Build and manage a customer portfolio, develop trusted relationships, re-engage dormant accounts, expand existing business, and grow revenue. Handle customer questions, exceptions, and escalations while coordinating with carriers and internal partners. Quote and price freight, plan shipments, identify growth opportunities, use data and reporting to prioritize activity, and adopt technology and automation. The role requires at least six months of customer engagement experience and involves working in-office four days weekly with up to 10% travel.
