The Consultant in Accounting Advisory will work with teams on financial analysis, client management, and various accounting projects including due diligence and SEC reporting.

Lead accounting and advisory workstreams for digital asset clients, rebuild or remediate accounting records, prepare audit-ready support, guide technical accounting under U.S. GAAP/SEC rules, coordinate audits and IPO/transaction readiness, mentor consultants, and drive finance transformation and process improvements.

Lead and execute complex digital asset engagements, overseeing audit and IPO readiness, SEC reporting, technical accounting, finance transformation, and high-volume reconciliation. Serve as senior client-facing subject matter expert, coordinate across audit, legal, tax, and technology teams, mentor staff, drive process improvements, and support business development and firm initiatives.
