Lead private equity value creation and operational improvement workstreams, managing execution, governance, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and benefits realization. Develop financial and operational analyses covering cost reduction, margin improvement, revenue growth, working capital, and EBITDA impact. Prepare dashboards, scorecards, business cases, and executive presentations; support operating reviews, client workshops, proposals, and strategic initiatives. Mentor consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables across portfolio company performance improvement programs.

Leads value creation programs for private equity clients and portfolio companies, developing operational improvement playbooks, identifying EBITDA enhancement opportunities, establishing governance and performance tracking, and delivering executive dashboards and board-ready materials. The Director also facilitates operating reviews, supports business development and practice building, mentors junior staff, and drives accountability across stakeholders to achieve measurable financial and operational outcomes.
