The FP&A Manager supports finance initiatives, leading project teams, developing finance strategies, and providing analysis for business decisions.

Partner with the COO to lead and execute firmwide strategic initiatives, run operating cadence, prepare executive and Board materials, build operational infrastructure, and drive AI adoption and governance across the business.

Lead complex client transformation programs from strategy through execution. Orchestrate multiple workstreams, manage risks, governance, and dependencies, influence senior stakeholders, deliver integrated program plans, strengthen PMO methodologies, and support change management and business development.
