Leads a regional growth team responsible for sales performance, organic growth, advisor relationships, engagement plans, pipeline management, retention, and adoption of investment solutions and company platforms. Manages team performance, develops advisor study groups, coordinates onboarding and sales enablement, and connects advisors with subject matter experts. The remote role requires Southeast regional residency, up to 50% travel, significant sales and relationship experience, team management, and applicable FINRA licenses.
