Lead the end-to-end development and qualification of reconfigurable processing units for spaceborne payloads. Responsibilities include architecture, electronics design, multidisciplinary engineering coordination, integration, environmental testing, flight readiness, production transition, technical documentation, risk mitigation, and customer communication. The role owns schedule execution and serves as the primary technical contact while guiding RF, digital, power, mechanical, thermal, software, and systems engineering teams.

Leads end-to-end communication system architecture for satellite, UAV, launch vehicle, and airborne missions. Translates customer needs into system architectures, requirements, technical baselines, proposals, and execution plans. Drives system-level trades involving performance, cost, schedule, risk, SWaP, reuse, and make-or-buy decisions. Provides technical leadership across RF, antennas, digital, FPGA, software, systems, integration, and test teams while representing solutions to customers and executives.

Provides technical customer guidance for satellite and airborne communication products from marketing through in-orbit support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electronics and software, authoring application notes and manuals, translating customer feedback into product development, supporting integrations, developing processes, and leading technical direction for business development. Requires expertise in RF systems, FPGAs, embedded software, DSP, power electronics, and wireless communication links, with up to 20% travel.
