Manage multiple subsurface imaging and utility locating projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating field teams, staffing, schedules, budgets, contracts, safety compliance, billing, progress reporting, client meetings, technical reviews, change-order calculations, proposals, and project profitability. The role also provides staff leadership, mentoring, training, technical guidance, client and agency liaison, public presentations, and marketing support for Certerra Subsurface.

Manage accounts receivable, recover outstanding client payments, maintain account records, prepare and audit invoices, establish projects, issue preliminary lien notices and compliance forms, create project reports, and support project and business managers. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, client communication, research, problem-solving, deadline management, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Supports project managers in coordinating underground utility locating and subsurface investigation projects. Responsibilities include managing permits, 811/DigAlert tickets, field crews, traffic control, inspections, schedules, safety documentation, project files, client communications, quality control, change orders, billing support, and closeout activities. The role ensures field readiness, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, timely delivery, and effective communication among crews, clients, inspectors, engineers, and public agencies.
