The Senior Tax Accountant prepares and reviews complex tax returns, engages in proactive tax planning, maintains client relationships, and assists with staff development in a remote environment.

Lead portfolio strategy, construction, manager selection, and performance oversight for a client segment. Oversee rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, IPS creation, investment research, compliance, client communications, onboarding, and team leadership while contributing to firm initiatives and process improvements.

Provide tier 1 desktop support to internal users: troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office365, VoIP, and computer setup; manage tickets in Freshservice; onboard employees; track IT assets; and assist on projects like phone system conversions and conference room setups.
