Partner with FP&A, Cost Accounting and IT for systems, integrations, and acquisition-related back-office integration. Mentor finance staff and support CFO with analytics and business support.

Analyze domestic and international shipments and freight spend to optimize logistics costs, improve carrier performance and network efficiency, ensure trade compliance, drive Lean/DBS continuous improvement, support carrier sourcing and contract negotiations, and provide cross-functional analytics and reporting to improve supply chain financial performance.

Lead development and deployment of predictive and ML models for HR outcomes (attrition, quality of hire, performance), translate insights into dashboards and executive recommendations, advise HR on analytics/AI strategy and compliance, and deliver workforce forecasting and talent intelligence projects.
