Manages regional retail sales execution for Celsius brands across grocery, convenience, and food service channels. Responsibilities include expanding product distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotions; executing brand strategy; auditing accounts; tracking opportunities and KPIs in CRM systems; collaborating with distributor partners; supporting sales initiatives; and reporting performance. This field-based role requires frequent store visits, customer engagement, presentations, daily driving, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with MVR approval.

Lead regional field marketing for multiple beverage brands: build and execute regional marketing plans, manage budgets and activations, align with sales and distributors, drive sampling and retail conversion, manage employees and vendors, track performance and optimize investments to meet regional growth objectives.
