The Training Supervisor designs, delivers, evaluates, and documents workforce training programs in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assessing skill gaps, managing ETP compliance, maintaining training and certification records, coaching employees and trainers, supporting onboarding, training employees on production equipment and safety, analyzing performance metrics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role also supervises Team Lead Trainers and collaborates with operations, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports employee relations, workplace investigations, labor-law compliance, wage and hour oversight, time and attendance audits, HR policy development, training, documentation, and workforce analytics. Advises leaders on performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, employment regulations, and risk mitigation while partnering with Operations, Quality, EHS, and leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Manages employee relations matters, workplace investigations, disciplinary issues, labor-law compliance, timekeeping audits, attendance policies, and employee relations analytics. Advises employees and managers, maintains confidential case records, supports policy updates, facilitates training, and partners with HR and production teams on workforce challenges, absenteeism, and engagement.
