Provides financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, journal entries, inventory and overtime analysis, expense allocations, and KPI reporting. Supports monthly operational reviews, annual planning in Adaptive Insights, regulatory documentation, vendor payments, and capital project tracking. Requires strong Excel, analytical, reconciliation, communication, and deadline-management skills. The role is office-based, involves confidential information, and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Provides full-cycle HR support for a manufacturing plant, including employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, retention, compliance, reporting, onboarding, and HR process improvement. Partners with plant leadership, supports multiple shifts, maintains HR records and policies, delivers training, manages performance improvement plans, and supports safety and recognition initiatives.

The Training Supervisor designs, delivers, evaluates, and documents workforce training programs in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assessing skill gaps, managing ETP compliance, maintaining training and certification records, coaching employees and trainers, supporting onboarding, training employees on production equipment and safety, analyzing performance metrics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role also supervises Team Lead Trainers and collaborates with operations, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders.
