Perform financial statement analysis, internal control assessments, GAAP/IFRS compliance, audit planning, risk assessment, workpaper review, and regulatory compliance. Use audit software and ERP systems and oversee team audit deliverables while developing industry expertise.

Lead technical accounting advisory engagements (ASC 606, ASC 842, business combinations, equity/debt, SEC reporting), manage client relationships and engagement deliverables, research complex accounting issues, mentor staff, implement technology and automation solutions, and support business development and thought leadership.

Lead technical and transactional accounting engagements, apply US GAAP (and IFRS as applicable), manage SEC and financial reporting, supervise and train staff, ensure high-quality deliverables, advise clients on process improvements, and support business development.
