Sell cloud ERP subscriptions and implementation/advisory services to new and existing clients. Drive pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner channels, qualify and manage complex deals, prepare proposals/SOWs, collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams, maintain CRM hygiene, and meet ARR and professional services quotas.

Develops and executes territory sales strategies to win new clients and expand existing relationships. Identifies, qualifies, and reports on sales opportunities; coordinates sales campaigns with client service teams; and collaborates with leadership to assemble pursuit teams and manage client relationships. The role focuses on selling tangible and intangible asset valuation services across multiple industries.

Manages tangible asset valuation client engagements, including staff supervision, technical reviews, budgets, billing, quality control, client communication, business development, and delivery timelines. Serves as a trusted client advisor, develops relationships, mentors team members, and supports practice growth. Requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, of up to 70%.
