Own customer technical issues through resolution, troubleshoot complex networking and security problems, mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, and advocate for customers across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, support designated customer programs, monitor customer status, identify risks and opportunities, and help improve global support services.

Lead competitive intelligence for SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, and AI security markets. Analyze competitors, build competitive labs and playbooks, support late-stage sales deals, develop battlecards and executive narratives, and measure field-enablement impact. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and regional sales leadership to strengthen positioning and accelerate revenue.

Lead product marketing for the North America region: drive product launches, craft positioning and content, build competitive intelligence, enable sales with demos and materials, coordinate analyst and event messaging, and create demand-generating thought leadership.

The Product Enablement Engineer will design engaging product experiences through technical content creation, demo environment development, and realistic data simulations, blending cybersecurity, networking, and storytelling expertise.
