Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on workforce planning, org design, talent management, change management, employee relations, and people analytics. Drive performance calibration, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and complex employee matters while leveraging Workday and Culture Amp to inform decisions.

Qualify inbound leads and execute targeted outbound prospecting to production finance and operations contacts. Use production intelligence tools to identify opportunities, validate MQLs, maintain CRM pipeline, and partner with Account Executives. Participate in sales training and provide market feedback to refine messaging while developing toward a full Account Executive role.

As Director of Product Marketing, you will shape product positioning and messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and lead a team while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing to enhance brand impact.
