Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on workforce planning, org design, talent management, change management, employee relations, and people analytics. Drive performance calibration, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and complex employee matters while leveraging Workday and Culture Amp to inform decisions.

Set up and maintain client coding and reporting tables, audit accrual data, produce government and standard reports, and define client requirements for custom reporting. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, validate and update payroll/PSL data, and ensure data accuracy.

Lead and oversee end-to-end residuals operations and team, ensuring compliance with guild agreements (DGA, SAG-AFTRA, WGA, etc.). Manage show setups, rule implementation, reporting, payments, system administration and UAT, collaborate with Labor Relations and Legal, engage clients/unions, analyze distribution statements and agreements, and drive process improvements for accurate, timely residual payments.

Own FilmFreeway growth across email and paid channels, partner on SEO, build lifecycle campaigns and paid acquisition, run tests and automation (including AI), report on CAC/ROAS/LTV, and collaborate with product and design to drive sign-ups, submissions, and revenue.

Prepare, audit, reconcile, and file multi-state payroll tax returns; reconcile filings to GL and W-2s; prepare payments (checks/EFTs); respond to and resolve tax notices; maintain tax accounts, binders, and tracking; update tax receivables and register new state tax accounts; train team members as needed.

Lead and grow quality engineering through automation, CI/CD integration, and shift-left practices. Design and scale test frameworks for web, API (REST/GraphQL), integrations, and mobile web; mentor QA teams; partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Product; drive AI-assisted testing, test reliability, observability, and release confidence across the platform.

Lead advanced financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and complex modeling. Drive business analytics and profitability analysis, provide strategic recommendations, and present insights to senior management to support planning and decision-making.

Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability and variance analysis. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, maintain data integrity, use analytics and AI tools, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and financial planning.
