Operates Geoprobe, sonic, rotary, and auger drilling rigs; leads and mentors drilling crews; completes drilling reports, well logs, inspections, timesheets, and safety documentation. Maintains equipment and certifications, promotes safe client and team relationships, and performs physically demanding work. Requires at least three years of drilling experience, valid driving credentials, DOT compliance, background and drug screening, and willingness to travel frequently throughout the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

Operates and maintains drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and related equipment on traveling outdoor crews. Performs pre-trip inspections, physical labor, debris removal, material handling, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. Requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, FMCSA compliance, background check, drug test, HAZWOPER physical, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Travel is primarily throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, with schedules including occasional weekends, nights, and 10–12-hour workdays.
