Requires at least three years of drilling experience, valid driving credentials, DOT compliance, background and drug screening, and willingness to travel frequently throughout the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

Operates and maintains drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and related equipment on traveling outdoor crews. Performs pre-trip inspections, physical labor, debris removal, material handling, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. Requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, FMCSA compliance, background check, drug test, HAZWOPER physical, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Travel is primarily throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, with schedules including occasional weekends, nights, and 10–12-hour workdays.

Assists two- or three-person crews with operating, maintaining, and transporting drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other equipment. Performs outdoor physical labor, including shoveling drilling debris and moving materials, conducts inspections, follows safety procedures, maintains certifications, and travels extensively throughout the Southwest. Must meet DOT, medical, background, drug testing, driving record, and respiratory protection requirements.

Operate and maintain rotary, sonic, auger, and other drilling rigs; complete drilling reports, well logs, safety documentation, timesheets, and vehicle inspections. Lead, train, and mentor drilling crews while maintaining safe work environments and positive client relationships. Travel 50–60% throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, work extended shifts, maintain certifications, meet DOT requirements, and perform physical lifting and equipment maintenance duties.
