Supports month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI development, financial reporting, audits, and contract compliance. The role prepares consolidated annual budgets and mid-year forecasts, analyzes program financial performance, develops reporting packages, and provides recommendations to leadership. It requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, financial analysis capabilities, relational database experience, and SQL proficiency.

Coordinates and executes nonprofit fundraising and community events, including logistics, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, registration, auctions, budgets, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. Supports donor relations, event reporting, marketing communications, and administrative processes while representing Casa Pacifica at community events. The role supervises volunteers, tracks expenses and revenue goals, coordinates with finance and development teams, and supports the Special Events Manager with planning and on-site execution.

Leads major gift fundraising by managing a portfolio of approximately 150 donors and prospects, developing cultivation and solicitation strategies, securing major and planned gifts, and providing personalized stewardship. Maintains prospect pipelines, prepares proposals and impact reports, collaborates with program and finance teams, represents the organization at community events, and uses Raiser's Edge for portfolio tracking, forecasting, reporting, and donor analytics.
