Design polished, scalable UI for web and mobile by translating product requirements into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Extend and maintain the design system, ensure accessibility and visual consistency, collaborate with product and engineering to support implementation, and document UI patterns and component improvements.

Lead a team of field experts to drive and implement large-scale operational initiatives across auction sites. Manage project execution, train and support site teams, remove site-specific barriers, coordinate cross-functional resources, and strengthen field-corporate communication to ensure sustainable adoption and operational excellence.
