Build and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage products. Source and onboard new brokers, advise on programs/pricing, train on submission systems, manage loan pipelines, liaise with internal teams to ensure timely closings and purchases, and maintain CRM and regulatory compliance.

Audits and reconciles mortgage collateral files, documentation, exceptions, inventory, and reporting across custodians. Resolves documentation issues, tracks collateral movement, manages assigned pipelines, supports pool certification and recertification, prepares management reports, and coordinates with custodians, vendors, and clients. The role also supports training, process documentation, risk mitigation, and data analysis using Excel, Visio, and internal systems.

Manages post-closing loan modification collateral documents, including receipt, review, preparation, quality assurance, recording, delivery, and compliance tracking. Coordinates with agencies, custodians, collateral departments, and vendor partners to resolve recording exceptions, monitor timelines, request extensions, and fulfill FHA, VA, USDA, HAMP, and Ginnie Mae requirements. Provides loan status reporting and follows applicable company policies and regulations.
