Supports account executives and TPO sales management by entering and managing loan data, gathering and verifying documentation, monitoring loan pipelines, reviewing locks and underwriting compliance, assisting brokers, preparing reports, and coordinating marketing activities. Provides backup coverage for account executives, resolves issues, supports timely loan closings, maintains confidential borrower information, and helps drive lead generation and sales growth.

Performs mortgage collateral file audits, reconciles documentation and reporting data, resolves exceptions, tracks collateral inventory and movement, and manages pool certification workflows. The role prepares operational reports, analyzes pipeline data, supports process training, and coordinates with custodians, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate collateral records and timely exception resolution.

The Collateral Analyst audits mortgage collateral files, reconciles documentation and reporting across custodians, resolves exceptions, tracks file inventory and movement, and manages pool certification pipelines. The role prepares recurring status reports, analyzes collateral data, supports process training, maintains procedures, and coordinates with custodians, vendors, and clients to mitigate risk and ensure timely, accurate certifications. This is an onsite position in Orange, California.
