Provides pre-sale and post-sale technical support for commercial HVAC sales. Reviews plans and specifications, develops HVAC solutions, selects equipment, supports customer and consulting-engineer needs, responds to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and assists sales teams with accounts and product introductions. The role requires strong HVAC systems and controls knowledge, customer communication, cross-functional coordination, and up to 5% domestic travel.
