Teams at Carnival Corporation

Supports Revenue Management teams by building and testing pricing promotions in the POLAR reservation system. Gathers promotion requirements, creates campaign upload documents, troubleshoots pricing and promotion errors, coordinates with internal teams, and serves as a first-line support contact for customer service and related departments. Ensures promotions display correctly across downstream systems and are launched accurately and on schedule.
