Leads an 8-to-10-person regional sales team supporting up to $70 million in annual sales across the Western United States. Develops and executes sales strategies, manages representatives and distributors, drives profitable growth, coaches team members, forecasts sales, establishes pricing, analyzes market data, manages strategic customers, and represents the company with industry organizations. Requires extensive construction-products industry experience, sales leadership, strong communication skills, and travel of up to 80%.

Drives technical sales, specification influence, territory development, and product adoption across the Pacific Northwest. Builds relationships with architects, consultants, owners, contractors, distributors, and representatives; provides technical guidance, training, project support, pricing assistance, and product recommendations. Reviews construction documents, supports product launches, tracks opportunities in CRM systems, and reports territory performance. The role is fully remote with extensive regional travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend work.

Manage sales across approximately 50 Home Depot locations, selling Henry roofing, housewrap, and insulation products to contractors and consumers. Build relationships with store decision-makers, prospect and close pro-customer sales, train associates, conduct product demonstrations, maintain merchandising displays, and support plan-o-gram execution. The role requires frequent territory travel, rooftop and outdoor customer visits, physical lifting, and a flexible Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
