Develop, validate, and maintain clinical, financial, operational, and research reports and dashboards using Epic and other BI tools. Ensure data integrity, document solutions, support end users, follow change management, automate processes, and collaborate with leaders, statisticians, and technical staff to deliver analytics from design through support.

Provide application system analysis and support activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, training, reporting, and implementation. Track issues and work effort, participate in projects and on-call rotation, develop foundational knowledge of applications and client workflows, and support departmental processes under supervision.

Perform Epic IP Orders analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support. Lead requirements gathering, mentor teammates, manage projects, produce documentation/reporting, troubleshoot Epic and integrated third-party applications, and participate in after-hours on-call and occasional travel.
