Manages enterprise customer relationships and day-to-day shipment operations, serving as the primary contact and coordinating with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Operations, and leadership. Tracks account metrics and SLAs, resolves issues, supports customer growth initiatives, and develops processes and SOPs for offshore support teams. The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, organization, urgency, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Manage and grow relationships with customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and expansion. Collaborate with teams to optimize freight execution and achieve performance targets.

Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers, identify freight opportunities, reactivate inactive accounts, qualify shipment needs, and create opportunities for the sales organization. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, manage follow-ups, collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Customer Success, and Operations, and meet activity and opportunity-generation goals in a logistics environment.

Build and productionize agentic AI workflows and automation for logistics. Integrate LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and data pipelines with TMS/RPA systems. Implement guardrails, monitoring, evaluation metrics, audit trails, and lightweight front-end prototypes. Collaborate with product, ops, and engineering to scale successful prototypes into reliable production services.

The Pricing Analyst will develop accurate pricing for drayage opportunities by analyzing market data, costs, and operational realities, and support bid processes and cross-functional collaboration.
