Provides intensive case management and career counseling for WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants. Conducts intake, eligibility assessments, employment planning, job readiness support, training referrals, job development, and follow-up services. Maintains participant records in CalJOBS, processes supportive service and training requests, ensures WIOA compliance, and collaborates with workforce partners. The role serves up to 80 active participants, requires Spanish fluency, and may involve local travel throughout Orange County.

Provides intensive case management and career counseling to WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants. Responsibilities include intake, eligibility determination, assessments, employment planning, job readiness, job development, training referrals, supportive-service coordination, participant follow-up, and documentation in CalJOBS and related systems. Ensures compliance with workforce policies, maintains case files, conducts workshops, uses labor market information, collaborates with workforce partners, and supports participants through employment and retention.

Oversee WIOA and other workforce-development grants, ensuring program compliance, fiscal performance, reporting, and outcome targets. Lead hiring, training, coaching, and supervision of staff while coordinating service delivery, enrollment, case management, job placement, and continuous improvement. Conduct labor-market research, manage budgets and documentation, and serve as the primary liaison to workforce boards and funding partners. The role is fully onsite and may involve up to 30% local travel.
