The Adult and Dislocated Worker Career Advisor provides career counseling, case management, and facilitates job opportunities for job seekers while maintaining compliance with program requirements.

Provide intensive, participant-centered case management and career counseling for WIOA Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker participants. Conduct intake, eligibility, assessments, develop Individual Employment Plans, document case activity in CalJOBS, support job readiness and training placements, coordinate supportive services and ITAs, ensure compliance with WIOA, and deliver outreach, workshops, and follow-up services to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Conduct case file reviews and monitor data integrity and compliance with WIOA/TANF/SNAP and contract requirements. Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, support audits, process payments and billing, maintain reporting tools, and train/coordinate local QA staff to ensure program accuracy and prevent disallowed costs.
