Manage day-to-day clinical laboratory operations, supervise testing personnel and high-complexity testing, ensure analytic performance and corrective actions, provide training and competency assessments, manage schedules and administrative duties, and serve as primary liaison with senior management.

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and provide medical assisting support including patient prep, vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, and EMR documentation. Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensure radiation safety and proper image transmission to PACS, manage patient flow, and assist with administrative tasks. Participate in training, quality improvement, and report safety or equipment issues.

Lead and oversee dermatology clinical trials (Phase I-IV) as Principal Investigator: ensure FDA and GCP compliance, perform patient assessments, manage sub-investigators and research staff, evaluate eligibility and feasibility, attend site and sponsor visits, and collaborate with regulatory, clinical ops, and engagement teams to deliver high-quality trial outcomes.
