Manage day-to-day clinical laboratory operations, supervise testing personnel and high-complexity testing, ensure analytic performance and corrective actions, provide training and competency assessments, manage schedules and administrative duties, and serve as primary liaison with senior management.

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and provide medical assisting support including patient prep, vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, and EMR documentation. Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensure radiation safety and proper image transmission to PACS, manage patient flow, and assist with administrative tasks. Provide urgent care as a per diem PA/NP: assess, diagnose, treat patients of all ages; order and interpret x-rays, labs, EKGs; perform wound closures, I&Ds, and splints; triage and manage clinic flow; collaborate with peers and supervisors.

Lead and oversee dermatology clinical trials (Phase I-IV) as Principal Investigator: ensure FDA and GCP compliance, perform patient assessments, manage sub-investigators and research staff, evaluate eligibility and feasibility, attend site and sponsor visits, and collaborate with regulatory, clinical ops, and engagement teams to deliver high-quality trial outcomes.

Lead full-stack technical work to build and scale Carbon Health's platform and product experiences across web and mobile. Drive architecture and implementation for scalable microservices and frontend apps, promote engineering best practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers as a technical leader.

Lead and scale provider recruiting by developing strategy, optimizing recruiting operations and systems (ATS, sourcing), managing vendor relationships, building reporting and workforce analytics, partnering with clinical and operational leaders, and driving continuous improvement to reduce time-to-fill and improve hire quality.
