CAPS Payroll Benefits Overview

Prepares, audits, reconciles, and files quarterly and annual payroll tax returns across multiple entities and states. Maintains tax agency accounts, withholding payments, wage bases, tax rates, and documentation. Resolves tax notices and discrepancies, prepares amended filings and agency registrations, processes payment requests, and ensures timely filing and compliance. The role also routes quarterly tax work, supports tax corrections and extensions, and trains team members as needed.

Leads sales strategy, revenue growth, pipeline development, client partnerships, and end-to-end sales operations within the live entertainment industry. Oversees sales teams, establishes quotas, develops talent, manages strategic accounts, and drives consultative solution sales. Partners cross-functionally on campaigns, positioning, and growth opportunities while monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics. Represents the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifies inbound leads, conducts targeted outbound prospecting, researches film and television production activity, validates marketing-qualified leads, maintains pipeline records, and supports Account Executives. The role targets production accountants, line producers, UPMs, and finance coordinators while developing entertainment industry knowledge and consultative sales skills for progression into an Account Executive position.
