CAPS Payroll Benefits Overview

Maintain and configure client coding and reporting tables, audit accruals, create and transmit standard and government reports, update coding to ensure payroll/PSL data consistency, and define client requirements for custom reporting while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Lead and supervise the residuals team to ensure accurate, timely processing and payment of guild obligations. Manage show setups, implement residual rules, analyze distribution statements and contracts, collaborate with Labor Relations and Legal, drive system administration and UAT, engage clients and unions, and coach staff to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving workforce planning, org design, talent management, performance coaching, change management, employee relations, and engagement. Use people analytics (Workday, Culture Amp) to inform decisions, lead talent reviews, manage restructures and sensitive investigations, and build high-performing, inclusive teams.
