The Programmatic Supervisor leads programmatic campaigns, oversees specialists, manages platform relationships, and ensures performance through collaboration and optimization. Responsibilities include campaign planning, reporting, and mentorship.

Support development and execution of multimedia strategic plans: conduct research, generate insights, manage workflow and deadlines, maintain documentation, produce deck updates and data pulls, and liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, accurate delivery of brand strategy work.

Support analytics for a large multi-product client: implement measurement frameworks, run test-and-learn programs, validate data, analyze attribution/brand lift/MMM outputs, produce dashboards and actionable insights, and mentor analysts while coordinating with cross-functional and data partners.
