Aligns engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; resolves production bottlenecks; maintains ERP data integrity; tracks KPIs and schedules; communicates technical status to customers and leadership; and supports integration, testing, and on-site activities.

Manage and oversee full-cycle accounts receivable and payable across U.S. sites, leading an AR/AP team. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, vendor payments, cash application, compliance with controls, month-end close support, process standardization, ERP improvements, and cross-functional partnership to optimize cash flow.

Support and optimize the JobBOSS-to-Epicor migration, maintain ERP data integrity, develop BAQs, dashboards, and reports, troubleshoot transactions, analyze production and financial KPIs, support audits and compliance (AS9100/ITAR/DFARS), and partner cross-functionally to enable data-driven manufacturing decisions.
