Drive shop-floor continuous improvement through time and motion studies, standard work creation, TPS/lean application, Kaizen facilitation, data-driven productivity tracking, and frontline coaching to improve throughput, quality, and process maturity.

Own and operate HR systems and processes—HRIS configuration, integrations, data governance, reporting, and root-cause problem solving. Lead implementations, design cross-functional workflows with Payroll/IT/Finance, run audits, vendor relationships, change management, and apply automation/AI to reduce manual HR work.

Verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance of manufacturing records, material/process certifications, and traceability prior to shipment. Prepare customer data packages, generate Certificates of Conformance, support source inspections and audits, maintain document control and retention, escalate discrepancies, and support AS9100 and continuous improvement initiatives.
