On-site program manager who drives end-to-end execution of aerospace and defense thermal protection systems. Aligns engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; resolves production bottlenecks; maintains ERP data integrity; tracks KPIs and schedules; communicates technical status to customers and leadership; and supports integration, testing, and on-site activities.

Manage and oversee full-cycle accounts receivable and payable across U.S. sites, leading an AR/AP team. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, vendor payments, cash application, compliance with controls, month-end close support, process standardization, ERP improvements, and cross-functional partnership to optimize cash flow.

Support and optimize the JobBOSS-to-Epicor migration, maintain ERP data integrity, develop BAQs, dashboards, and reports, troubleshoot transactions, analyze production and financial KPIs, support audits and compliance (AS9100/ITAR/DFARS), and partner cross-functionally to enable data-driven manufacturing decisions.

Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives; execute schedules and prioritize programs; build and mentor manufacturing teams; partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams; monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; support hiring, onboarding, training, production readiness, and scaling efforts.

Create and maintain technical marketing and business development materials: white papers, data sheets, website and social content, presentations, and event coordination. Conduct market and competitor research, support BD outreach and internal marketing, and manage a structured content library.

Create and maintain detailed production schedules, release and manage work orders, monitor production performance, align schedules with material availability, support capacity planning, resolve constraints with Manufacturing/Supply Chain, maintain ERP/MRP planning data, communicate schedule changes, and drive KPIs such as on-time delivery, WIP, and schedule adherence in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

Lead business development and capture for high-speed air systems (supersonic aircraft, missiles, strategic air). Own pipeline development, customer and partner engagement, capture planning, proposal execution, and market intelligence to drive measurable revenue growth and position the company on major DoD, prime, and advanced aerospace programs.
