Lead CannonDesign’s Commercial market in the West region by developing business plans, pursuing clients, achieving revenue and profitability targets, leading client engagements, and building high-performing teams. The role requires strategic market leadership, business development, client relationship management, mentoring, recruiting, financial accountability, and promotion of integrated design services. Success requires strong presentation, communication, judgment, business acumen, and at least 15 years of relevant Commercial Market experience.

Lead mechanical and plumbing facility condition assessments: inspect HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems; document deficiencies; determine condition and remaining useful life; provide recommendations and rough cost estimates; mentor junior assessors; interface with clients; prepare project documentation and travel for field assignments.

Design electrical systems for building construction and renovation (lighting, power distribution, signaling, communications). Prepare construction drawings and specifications, perform quality checks, review shop drawings and RFIs, conduct site visits, participate in value engineering, mentor junior staff, and support project engineering responsibilities using tools like Revit, AGI32, Visual, and SKM Power Tools.
