Perform electrical systems design for building construction (lighting, power, signaling, communications). Prepare construction documents and specifications, perform QC, review submittals/RFIs, attend construction meetings and site visits, participate in project planning and value engineering, and mentor junior staff under a licensed engineer.

The role involves leading the Commercial Market in the Western Region, focusing on business development, client leadership, and team mentoring to achieve growth and profitability. It encompasses developing business plans, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring high client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Contribute architectural design, production, detailing, and coordination on multidisciplinary projects under a Licensed Architect. Prepare site plans, ensure code compliance, respond to RFIs, perform field observations, coordinate with engineers/consultants, mentor junior staff, and support project leadership and marketing as needed.
