Serves as the first point of contact for customers by greeting visitors, checking in VIP appointments, directing customers, answering phones, tracking sales calls in the CRM, and assisting with reception inquiries. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, reliability, initiative, and basic computer skills. High school education or equivalent is required; prior customer service experience is preferred. May lift up to 25 pounds and move up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Sell new and used RVs by delivering high-quality customer experiences, conducting demonstration rides and walk-throughs, closing sales with F&I and management, and providing no-pressure follow-up. Role is commission-based with uncapped earnings and potential year-end bonuses.
