Serves as a trusted banking contact for high-net-worth and professional clients. Provides high-touch service, opens and maintains accounts, processes documentation and wires, identifies fraud risks, cross-sells relevant banking solutions, supports compliance, manages vault and cash controls, performs notary services, and travels to client locations for document signing. Requires strong knowledge of banking regulations, entity documentation, due diligence, and operational procedures.

Manages and analyzes an assigned commercial loan portfolio, including underwriting, annual reviews, renewals, covenant compliance, risk ratings, financial monitoring, SBA servicing, reporting, and credit file documentation. Identifies emerging credit risks, maintains regulatory compliance, supports audits and examinations, and collaborates with borrowers, Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, SBA teams, and Loan Operations. The role also assists with process improvements, portfolio reporting, and timely resolution of servicing and documentation requirements.

Leads commercial credit administration across CRE, C&I, and SBA lending. Oversees underwriting, loan structuring, approvals, risk assessment, collateralization, portfolio monitoring, and credit quality. Manages and develops credit managers, underwriters, lenders, and analysts through training and coaching. Partners with senior leadership, loan operations, and client services while improving credit workflows, reporting, automation, policies, and regulatory readiness. Supports loan growth, collections, CECL reporting, audits, and complex transaction resolution.
