The role requires California bar admission or willingness to take the next California Bar Exam and a commitment to public-interest legal services.

Provide full-scope post-conviction legal services focused on record clearing for low-income clients in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. Conduct outreach, clinics, Know-Your-Rights presentations, intake and case management, file court documents, track hearings, train volunteers, coordinate with public defenders and partners, and support program evaluation and grant reporting.
